Transport Grand Express LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have prior experience in Amazon, FedEx, or last-mile delivery operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assign delivery and pickup routes.
Supervise driver performance, attendance, and compliance.
Manage onboarding and documentation for new drivers (W9, licenses, drug tests, insurance, etc.).
Monitor route reports, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Communicate directly with Amazon / FedEx / logistics partners.
Handle daily issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or missing packages.
Maintain clear communication between field staff and management.
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
Prepare and review weekly operational reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or Amazon DSP operations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with GPS, Flex, Dispatch, or similar logistics platforms.
Leadership and team management skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to work Monday–Sunday if required.
