Transport Grand Express LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have prior experience in Amazon, FedEx, or last-mile delivery operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign delivery and pickup routes.
- Supervise driver performance, attendance, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding and documentation for new drivers (W9, licenses, drug tests, insurance, etc.).
- Monitor route reports, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
- Communicate directly with Amazon / FedEx / logistics partners.
- Handle daily issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or missing packages.
- Maintain clear communication between field staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
- Prepare and review weekly operational reports and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or Amazon DSP operations.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with GPS, Flex, Dispatch, or similar logistics platforms.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work Monday–Sunday if required.
