Operations Manager / General Manager – Shift Logistics (Amazon DSP)
Revere, MA (DMH9 Station) | $65,000–$85,000 per year + incentives
Shift Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, provides safe, reliable last-mile delivery throughout Greater Boston. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to lead daily DSP operations — including dispatch, fleet management, safety, and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, process, and precision.
You’ll oversee a team of 50–80 delivery associates and leads, drive key Amazon KPIs (Safety, CDF, DCR, DSB), ensure DOT and safety compliance, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Strong organizational, analytical, and mechanical skills are essential, along with 3+ years of management experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, tech-savvy (Microsoft Suite), and committed to developing high-performing teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
