Overview
Westgate Trucking LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team. You'll be responsible for operating a truck and live floor trailer safety within our local area. This position requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Drive a truck with a 53 ft live floor trailer / lowbed trailer deliver mulch/machinery to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made.
- Operate manual transmission vehicles (required).
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL & clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
- Time management skills and able to work independently.
- Friendly customer service, communication and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Adherence to safety regulations per site/drop off.
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
