Position: Union CDL A-Driver
Location: NY/MA/CT
Mazzotta Rentals, Inc. (MRI) is seeking a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods, materials, and equipment within our local area. This position requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, exceptional driving skills, as well as maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean record.
- Experience as a CDL driver, preferably in a local delivery or transportation role.
- Knowledge of local routes, streets, and traffic patterns.
- Ability to perform minor repairs on vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards.
- High School diploma required.
- Preferred: Knowledge of service or construction terminology and prior experience with similar commercial equipment.
