LOCAL DELIVERY DRIVER NEEDED – $21/hr + $31.50 OT ($2,200+ paid Bi-Weekly)

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 4:45 AM
Compensation
- Earn $2,200+ bi-weekly (overtime included)
- $21/hr base pay
- $31.50/hr after 40 hrs
- Avg. 48 hrs/week (steady overtime built in)
- Paid bi-weekly via Gusto Payroll

About the Job
We deliver fresh food products to local restaurants on organized, pre-planned routes.
You’ll:
- Join a steady, hands-on delivery team where reliability is rewarded
- Ensure load accuracy and vehicle safety before departure
- Use a smartphone-based delivery app
- Provide printed invoices at drop-off
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Follow DOT safety and company guidelines
- Drive your assigned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van (with fuel card provided)
Monthly Attendance Bonus
- $125/month for perfect attendance (up to $1,500/year)
- 3-month streak = +$100 bonus
- 6-month streak = +$250 bonus
Vacation Bonus
- After 1 year: 1 week paid time off (based on your regular weekly hours)
Requirements
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License (No CDL required)
- 6+ years of driving experience in Massachusetts
- Clean driving record (RMV check)
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and safely handle hand trucks/dollies
- Smartphone required
- English or Spanish OK
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial/local route driving experience
- Familiarity with Brockton & surrounding areas
